We love how drapey, soft and silky to touch Tencel™ is. Not only does it feel wonderful in a dress, it’s also a natural material that is highly sustainable. The base material for Tencel comes from eucalyptus trees – which grow happily in harsh, dry conditions meaning no need for irrigation.

Our warehouse staff are educated to pack your items exactly according to the specifications that we supply. Before shipping, all goods will be thoroughly examined and securely secured. Orders with more than 1 item are assigned processing times according to each item.
Before shipping before shipping, we'll examine thoroughly the items you've purchased. Today, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. The actual stock can change at any moment. Be aware that it's possible for your order to be out of stock after you have made the order.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item should be in its original packaging.
